Advertisers are encouraged to submit one FREE article (educational material). Based on a minimum 3x frequency (half-page ad size) within a 12-month, calendar year. Subject to use by the executive editor.

Frequency
Ad rates are based on cost per insertion (per issue) for the frequency contracted within a 12-month, calendar year.
Specifications
Digital files are preferred in print-ready PDF or JPEG (CMYK at 300 dpi) with all related images and fonts imbedded.
Material deadlines
Artwork is due by day 15 of the month prior to the insertion month (for example: the February / March material deadline is January 15) or will be subject to a late fee. Payment is due Net 20 days from date of invoice.
