L-A Advertising | Your GO-TO Ad Agency in Lehigh Valley, PA

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 15, 2026

L-A Advertising (“L-A,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit l-aadvertising.com, contact our agency, or use website features that link to this policy.

This policy covers L-A’s own website and business interactions. Information we handle on behalf of a client is also subject to that client’s instructions, applicable agreements, and privacy notices. Separate websites and services may have their own policies.

Information You Provide

We collect information you choose to provide through inquiries, quote requests, subscriptions, client accounts, and other communications. This may include your name, company, email address, phone number, role, website address, service interests, and the information or files you submit.

We use this information to respond, prepare proposals, provide and support services, administer client relationships, and maintain business records. If you subscribe to marketing communications, we use your details to send those communications. You can unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or contact us directly.

Please use our general forms and email for business inquiries. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through those channels.

Information Collected Automatically

Our website and service providers may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, cookie and other identifiers, referring pages, campaign information, pages viewed, and interactions such as clicks, downloads, and form-submission events. We use this information to operate and secure the website, understand visitor activity, improve usability, and measure marketing results.

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our website and forms from spam, bots, and abuse. Verification runs in the background without displaying a verification widget.

Cloudflare processes technical signals, including your IP address, browser characteristics, connection details, and the website where verification occurs. It uses these signals to provide the service and improve bot detection. Blocking this security service may prevent a form submission from completing.

For more information, see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics and User ID

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website activity and measure inquiries and other interactions. Google receives information through our website’s Google tags and related integrations.

We use the User-ID feature when an identifier assigned by L-A is available. This identifier helps associate a user’s activity across visits, sessions, and devices. It may also allow us to connect website activity with information we already hold about that user, such as an inquiry or client account. The identifier itself does not contain a name, email address, or phone number.

We obtain consent for associating activity across signed-out and signed-in sessions. Visitors can change their tracking choices through Cookie Settings or contact us about the use of information associated with their account.

User Provided Data Collection

With your consent, we use GA4’s user-provided data collection feature to share eligible contact details that you provide directly to L-A with Google. These details may include your email address or phone number and, where collected and configured, your name and mailing address.

Identifying contact fields are converted into a one-way hashed representation before transmission to Google through this feature. Location fields such as country, state, city, and postal code may be transmitted without hashing. Hashing obscures the original contact values but still allows matching and does not make the data anonymous.

Google may match this information with its existing data to improve conversion measurement and attribution. Where enabled in our linked Google advertising services and covered by your consent, it may also support Customer Match, remarketing, demographic and interest reporting, and personalized advertising. These uses can associate interactions across visits and devices.

Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond to your request. Consent for sharing contact information with Google for measurement or advertising is a separate choice. You may decline or withdraw that consent through the relevant consent controls or by contacting us.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website through interaction metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. This can include pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device details, and identifiers collected through cookies and similar technologies. We use the information to identify usability issues and improve the website.

Microsoft receives data through Clarity and may use it for its own purposes, including advertising, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity’s tracking is subject to applicable consent requirements and our website’s consent controls.

Advertising and Embedded Services

We use Meta Pixel to measure website activity and advertising performance and, where enabled and permitted by your choices, support remarketing and relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may receive device and cookie identifiers, IP addresses, pages visited, and actions taken, and may associate that information with its own data. See the Meta Privacy Policy.

Our Google advertising integrations may use first-party cookies and identifiers together with Google’s advertising cookies and identifiers for measurement and, with the relevant consent, audience personalization. The actual features available depend on our configuration and your choices.

Embedded videos, maps, and other third-party features may also collect information when they load or you interact with them. Information collected directly by those providers is governed by their privacy notices.

How We Disclose Information

We disclose information to providers that help us host, secure, maintain, and operate the website, manage communications and client services, and process payments. We also disclose information to Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Cloudflare through the tools described above. Their use of information is governed by applicable agreements and their own policies.

We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to valid legal requests, protect rights or safety, or prevent fraud. Information may also be transferred as part of a business sale or reorganization, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell or rent inquiry contact lists for unrelated direct marketing. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” to include certain advertising-related disclosures even when no money changes hands. The disclosures described above may fall within those definitions where those laws apply.

Cookies and Your Choices

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions, preferences, analytics, and advertising. Our Cookie Settings page and consent controls explain the cookies in use and let you accept, decline, or change optional choices.

Consent to store cookies is distinct from consent to share contact information with Google or use it for personalized advertising. We use these features only when your choices authorize the collection, sharing, and intended use. You can withdraw consent for future collection and use without affecting our ability to respond to an inquiry. Withdrawal does not automatically delete information already processed; contact us to request deletion where available.

Browser settings can block or delete cookies, although this may affect some features and may not prevent every form of data collection. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, manage Google advertising through My Ad Center, and adjust advertising preferences in your Meta account. These tools have different scopes and may not stop all collection or all advertising.

Client Access and Payments

If you use L-A MediaBank or other client-access features, we may process account details, authentication information, access records, and materials you submit to provide and secure that access. Additional service terms may apply.

Payments initiated through links on our website are handled by the payment provider. Information you enter on the provider’s site is subject to its privacy and security practices. We may receive transaction, billing, and payment-status information needed to manage the client relationship.

Retention Security and Processing Locations

We retain information as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and its purpose. Analytics providers apply their own retention rules and configured settings; aggregated reporting may remain longer than individual-level data.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. L-A and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

Privacy Requests

Depending on your location and the laws that apply to L-A, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related uses and disclosures. You may also have a right to appeal a decision on a privacy request.

Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law. Where applicable law requires recognition of opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, those signals apply to the covered advertising disclosures. A browser’s “Do Not Track” setting does not, by itself, change your saved privacy choices.

Children and Policy Updates

Our website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices, services, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy and update its date. We will provide additional notice or obtain new consent when required.
