Website Information

The website provides general information about our agency, services, work, and marketing topics. Content may change and may not address the circumstances of your business. It is not a substitute for a project-specific consultation or qualified legal, financial, or other professional advice when needed.

Examples, testimonials, case studies, and performance results describe particular projects and circumstances. They do not guarantee similar results for another business. Rankings, advertising performance, sales, and other outcomes depend on factors that may be outside L-A’s control.

Proposals and Client Agreements

The scope, pricing, payment terms, ownership, licensing, and other conditions of paid services are established in the applicable proposal or agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the client agreement governs the services it covers.

You may view the website and make reasonable personal or internal business use of its information. Except as permitted by law or an applicable license, you may not reproduce, redistribute, alter, sell, or commercially use website materials without permission from the appropriate rights holder.

Acceptable Use and Client Access

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload harmful code, misuse another person’s credentials, or collect personal information from restricted areas without authorization.

If you receive access to L-A MediaBank or another client area, use it only within the permissions provided. Protect your credentials and notify L-A if you suspect unauthorized access. Access to a file does not expand the usage rights granted under the relevant license or client agreement.
